1. 1 cup of nuts (I used macadamia)
2. 1 cup of basil
3. 1/2 cup of coriander
4. 1 cup of sunflower seeds (browned in a pan)
5. 1/2 cup of olive oil (more or less depending on your preferred consistency).
Throw all the ingredients into the blender and blend until it looks and tastes how you like it. Add salt and pepper for flavour.
